My brother and sister-in-law introduced my little family to cookie butter a few weeks ago and within a few days – the jar was GONE! I am not kidding, it was the most addicting thing in our cupboard and of course I had to go back to the store to get another jar… or two. Even Laila wanted to eat it by the spoonful!
Cookie Butter can be bought at Trader Joes, but you can also buy Biscoff at Wal-Mart which is pretty much the same thing! In fact, our family has tried both and we personally love Biscoff! You can find the product down the Peanut Butter isle at both locations!
We have been experimenting at our house with cookie butter and have come up with our five favorite snacks that can be prepared in just five minutes using this incredible ingredient! These are snacks EVERYONE in the family can enjoy!
English Muffin with Cookie Butter and Nutella:
Apple Nachos: Sliced apples, drizzled with melted Cookie Butter and Nutella, topped with crushed Oreos.
Banana Bites topped with Cookie Butter and Chocolate Chips:
Nilla Wafer Sandwiches with Cookie Butter filling:
